Refund & Return Policy

At Itsnubae, your satisfaction matters to us. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders shipped to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all accessories, parts, and tags included.
  • You must have your order number or proof of purchase.

Items that have been used, assembled, installed, or that show signs of wear are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.

Non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items that have been personalized or custom-made.
  • Items not in resellable condition due to hygiene reasons (e.g. opened pet grooming or pet hygiene products).

How to Start a Return

Returns must be requested before sending anything back. Please contact us first at itsnubae@outlook.fr with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you by email:

  • Confirmation of approval, and
  • The return shipping address.

Items sent back to us without a prior approved request will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at itsnubae@outlook.fr with:

  • Your order number, and
  • Clear photos (or a short video) showing the issue.

In these cases, you will not be asked to pay for return shipping, and in most cases you will not need to send the item back — we will review the photos/video and offer either a replacement or a full refund, whichever is more appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received (for change-of-mind returns) or your claim is approved (for damaged/defective/wrong items), we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven't received it, please contact us at itsnubae@outlook.fr.

Exchanges

We do not currently process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to request a return for the original item and, once it's approved, place a new order separately.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at itsnubae@outlook.fr. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If it has already shipped, our standard return policy above will apply once you receive it.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence (for example, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the United Kingdom or the Australian Consumer Law in Australia). Nothing in this policy is intended to limit those rights.
