Tracking Your Order

Lost or Stuck Packages

We will investigate with our shipping partner and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, at your choice.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at itsnubae@outlook.fr with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund — you will not be asked to return a damaged item.

Undelivered Orders (Incorrect or Inaccessible Address)

If a package cannot be delivered because the shipping address provided was incorrect or inaccessible, and it is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that additional shipping costs may apply in this case, as we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.
